Look at this rap sheet:
Incident 1
1) Assaulting a flight attendant
2) Disorderly conduct on a plane
3) Consumption of alcohol by a minor
Incident 2
4) Another consumption of alcohol by a minor (separate incident)
Incident 3
5) DUI - causing an accident
6) Belligerence to police that responded to crash

LOL - just because you guys can't critique the Negroes about it.
The person in question got rides home from the cops, charges dropped etc.
William Paul - the son of Rand Paul, who has the nerve to critique Baltimore fathers.
He is raising a thug.

Baltimore fathers, that's part of the problem. They are rare to come across.

No, just because there are thousands of arrests every day of violent criminals without being shot, and there are white criminals (and non-criminals) who get shot by the cops all the time. I guess you missed my post about Fairfax County, VA just paying out $3M to the family of a white guy who was shot by the cops while standing in his doorway. You're just as bad as any racist who sides instantly with a white cop.

So rap sheets shouldn't be used to justify violence against anyone - I keep hearing - well, he was a thug, a criminal, he deserved it, etc.
If Freddie Gray was treated like Rand Paul's son, he'd still be alive.

Freddie Gray didn't have a seatbelt put on him. That is the extent of the police brutality from the charges being leveled on the officers. Drama much?

From you, no. From CitGrad or JSO, yes.

So rap sheets shouldn't be used to justify violence against anyone - I keep hearing - well, he was a thug, a criminal, he deserved it, etc.
It's not that a rap sheet justifies excessive force. It's that your behavior impacts the likelihood that police are going to get rough with you. I heard an interesting commentary on the particular situation involving Freddie Gray from a cop on Meghan Kelly tonight with his identify disguised and voice distorted. By his account Freddie Gray was well known to police. He was, by this cop's account, a persistent petty criminal. When he was spotted he was at a location where he'd been busted on numerous previous occasions selling narcotics. He took off running for no real reason. Another thing is the guy said that his typical behavior was to put on a big act when he got apprehended. You know, screaming in feigned pain and such. Acting it out for onlookers. The idea was that what was going on with him on that day was a repeated, familiar ritual, "there goes Freddie" thing again.
Does everybody who displays behaviors like Freddie Gray did end up dead? Obviously not. I'm sure the number of people who are persistent petty criminals with repeated interactions with police is in the tens or hundreds of thousands at least and most of them never end up never being seriously injured or killed at the hands of police. But it increases the likelihood that something happens and if something does happen it was a factor in that.
Also you don't have to be Black to piss police off and have them go off on you. Not that that's what even happened with Freddie Gray as they didn't go off on him. But they do go off on people, especially when people piss them off, and you don't have to be Black for it to happen. Just ask this guy:

William Paul - the son of Rand Paul, who has the nerve to critique Baltimore fathers.
Rand Paul has three sons; one of which has apparently had some minor run ins with the law. All three of his sons were conceived and born after he was married to the woman he's now been married to for about 24 years. To my knowledge he hasn't been running around impregnating women he's not married to then taking no responsibility for the resulting children.
A good family environment including a responsible father does not guarantee that a child will turn out well. But I think most agree it increases the chances by a lot. And there's a strong association. Paul's "fatherhood credentials" are a WHOLE lot stronger than most of the fathers in that inner city Baltimore environment that's in the national news right now. If he's criticizing fathers in Baltimore I don't think he's criticizing those who marry a woman, get the pregnant after they're married, then stick around with that same woman while taking responsibility for their part of child rearing throughout that child rearing. I think he's criticizing the ones that go around sport fucking to impregnate a number of different women and take little or no responsibility for the resulting offspring.

FWIW, Rand is a hands on dad from what I've seen. He comes to back to school night, hockey games, etc... He's not mailing it in with the family.

At what point did he run from the police and try to take the weapon like Brown or Scott?
