See, while I know nothing can be done about it, universities should not be hiring people like that to teach.

Also, I think anytime someone brings up something like "white supremacy" as a factor to explain the problems of "people of color" they should be asked why "people of color" in the United States with ancestral backgrounds rooted in places like India and East Asia don't appear to be affected by it in terms of achieving success.
