Charles Krauthammer disagrees with the President. Stop the presses. :coffee:

This is the end of western civilization as we know it.

"Iraq is Hitlerian Germany, a truly mad police state with external ambitions and a menacing arsenal."
- Charles Krauthammer

I actually like Chuck, but he's about as trust worthy in his middle east predictions as Bibi.

Here's another interesting read. From the standpoint of a threat to US security, which has proven to be more dangerous, Sunnis or Shiites?

The article asks some questions like this "With sanctions lifted, its economy booming and tens of billions injected into its treasury, why would Iran curb rather than expand its relentless drive for regional dominance?"

and my only thought is: "Yeah... so what"
Why are we supposed to manage Iranian National ambitions..?

This whole thing doesn't pass the sniff test
Russia has insane ambitions / As does China / as does North Korea
as does every other major mover on the global scene

BFD... is all I can muster up

Chapman was in my Harvard class. A fire-breathing conservative at the time who sought to purge the Harvard Republican Club of moderates. Now he's "grown" and "evolved." Total pussy.

Well for one thing one of their top exports are murderous terrorists. That might be a good thing to stifle.

So if the answer is no deal, doesn't that lead to the shortest path of Iran getting nukes? With no deal, what prevents Iran getting nukes? Don't kid yourselves that we're going to do military strikes against Iran.

What's the solution?

Really..?
They might say the same about us - and who's curbing our global ambitions..?
This whole thing is just an elaborate dinner date for a future war

:coffee: and we've seen it all before

Based on Baldy's "play dumb" question - I thought that was how we were going to do this...

Bail...deflect. Whatever floats your boat.

The question, however, is still valid. Our "global ambitions"? Whatever those are.
Of course as we have seen, you don't have to answer. :coffee:
