Here's EXACTLY what's going to happen with this non-starter. (Whatever you think about the merits of it.)

It'll probably make the ballot. That's pretty much where the story ends. Liberal-dominated Los Angeles and San Francisco will overwhelm the ballot box (as they do on every other initiative), and this whole thing will go away. That's the way every election goes around here.

In THIS case, that's a good thing. Heck, even in conservative country (San Diego and the Central Valley), this initiative probably isn't going to fly, either. This is nothing more than a waste of paper and ink....
