It's what they do. There is a church downtown that allows a tent city occur in the park adjacent to their building. It smells worse than the harbor in mid August year round.

I would like to applaud the church for providing these free and wonderful shower/laundry facilities for the homeless. Good work!!

Although I think it is a little selfish NOT to include a little detergent in the water.
