It's not complicated, spanos. At that range it takes less than 1/100th of a second for the bullet to leave the gun and hit the person. Youtube plays videos at 30 frames per second. Do the math.

On top of that, how do you know the resolution is good enough to see something as small as a bullet?

This. Also in the full length vid from live links, the guy (cop?) was laying on his right side grasping his leg (presumably from being shot) and then rolls to his left side for the kill shot. No blood splatter/stain from his previous position either.

...and yes I fapped it to HI5's photo before thinking of this.
