ontana's ban on same-sex marriage was struck down Tuesday afternoon by a federal judge who called the ban unconstitutional..

U.S. District Judge Brian Morris did not stay his injunction, which means officials could decide to begin issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples immediately.

In 2004, Montana voters passed an amendment to the state constitution defining marriage as between one man and one woman.

The state of Montana has absolutely no idea what to do about Missoula...
Its just a giant valley full of hippies and liberals

And now this...
This ruling will send the Eastern half of the state into a complete apoplectic fit

Hey, do gay weddings do that thing with the garter belt toss, or the throwing of the bouquet? I would imagine one could participate in both, no? :?

I thought you were assigning him the same seat as 89? Kinda like musical chairs, only the competition is to see who gets bottom...

We're all winners here. But actually, if D1B "wins" wouldn't that make 89 the bottom in a gay reverse cowgirl kinda way, where the bottom's on top?
