Looks like he "resisted arrest". I read they cuffed him in the slain officer's cuffs and carted him away in that officer's vehicle.

It's pretty scary to see what a couple of idiots (Frein, DC snipers, etc.) can do to paralyze communities and the massive efforts it takes to hunt them down and bring them to justice. This cost millions of dollars to hunt down a single guy.

Yep. 48 days and hundreds up to about 1k law enforcement looking for him at a time. Problem is besides being a whack job, he grew up in that rural area, was an avid outdoorsman, self taught survivalist, reportedly excellent marksman, and knew those woods & mountains like the back of his hand. Made the Pa State police look silly for nearly 7 weeks..
