If you're looking for an argument from anyone here I don't think you'll find it. The guy did turn rather suddenly toward his vehicle, but it certainly didn't justify getting shot. This former SCHP officer needs to cut back on the Starbucks a bit IMO.

What's the issue? A cop fucked up and he's going to jail for it.
