BTW, my 5th grade social studies teacher cut out countries from a map and fit them into other continents. One such lesson turned out amazingly similar to the African map above.

That has stuck with me all these years.

I still love geography today.

Over the weekend, my son was looking for maps of Nicaragua, so I popped out 4 very large and detailed Atlases. We spent an hour just looking at the world. I'm going to get him one of those super-sized world maps for his wall.
