Let me know when a destroyed economy seriously derailed the wealthy. Cripes, people on all sides were making boatloads of money during WWI and WWII...even when towns and countrysides were in ruins. Tons of money made during Vietnam in Vietnam...lots fo money being made in economy buster Ukraine.
