Malaysia Airlines loses another flight....

A Malaysia Airlines flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur has crashed in eastern Ukraine, Russian news agency Interfax reported Thursday.
AP says it was "reportedly" shot down.

An adviser to Ukraine's Interior Minister says a Malaysian passenger plane carrying 295 people has been shot down over a town in the east of the country.
Anton Gerashenko says on his Facebook page the plane was flying at an altitude of 10,000 meters (33,000 feet) when it was hit Thursday by a missile fired from a Buk launcher.
A similar launcher was seen by Associated Press journalists near the eastern Ukrainian town of Snizhne earlier Thursday.

Probably will never be able to prove who did it, but one thing is for sure...
you don't shoot down an airliner at 30K feet by accident, and it takes a very sophisticated system to do it- not something 'rebels' would probably have their hands on or the technical expertise to use without 'help'

It's being reported that Russia shot it down, they've shot down 2 Ukranian military planes in same area in last 10 days - possible case of mistaken identity.

Seriously, how many parties have access to the type of weapon that could do this AND is in the region?
