Where's the Obama not interested in Photo Ops discussion?

I thought I'd see it prominently indicated. Is it in some thread I'm not recognizing? I thought I'd just be able to come in here and post on an existing thread that it's not even necessary to say all that much. Even the most committed Liberals/Progressives or whatever they're calling themselves nowadays must've cringed when he said that right after doing a photo op shooting pool. But I"m not seeing it.

I don't really consider that a photo op. What does he have to gain politically by being seen playing pool?

It brings out the "why is the president doing X while Y is going on?" Boring.

I have always said that I don't think Presidents need to show up where disasters are going on. I've never understood why people think it's important for them to do that. To me all they do when they do that is get in the way.

BUT, what I'm talking about is HIM saying he's not interested in photo ops. And saying it just after he did a pool shooting photo op.

All other things aside, that's pretty bad. For him to say he's not interested in photo ops is like Cookie Monster saying he's not interested in Cookies.

I'm not suggesting he needs to show up at every "disaster", but does he really need to be coming to Texas and Colorado and doing fundraisers and playing pool while hundreds and hundreds of illegal immigrants are pouring across our borders daily and overwhelming the Border Patrol and ICE?
