Should it be a crime to:...?

1) Serve Alcohol to Minors in a bar..? Most people say yes
2) Should it be a crime to hand a 5 year old a loaded gun and then leave the house
The 2 year old little girl was shot to death
and NOBODY went to jail because NO CRIME was committed
Hand a bottle of whiskey to a 15 year old at a party = That is a crime
Hand a loaded weapon to a 5 year old who then murders his sister = No Crime was committed

I love America / We've got it all figured out, after all "we're the greatest" Just ask us...

And "it was her time to die" says Jesus (and the grandmother of the dead 2 year old)

I sort of already answered this in succinct, satisfactory and a likely thread ending manner in the other thread.
You just didn't read it.
Or maybe I didn't- yes it should be illegal to hand a 5 year old a gun under any circumstances
And you're going a little moonbatty on us ... sort of like "war on wimmen" or "Obama is a muslin" moonbatty - because handing a gun to a 5 year old IS a crime. Most (if not all states) have provisions for a criminal negligence charge (which is what this is). Your question would be better phrased as "should a DA who doesnt charge granny for criminal negligence be re-elected?"
Although I do like how we have the Christian version of Insh'allah in this story

Can't violate 2nd Amendment Rights!
I saw a thread on Facebook moaning about some girl from Texas posing with wildlife she shot & killed - hippos, rhinos, elephants, lions, etc. Well wait, 2nd Amendment covers that too right. You can't pick & choose who or what it's OK to shoot & what isn't....

You troll vicariously through others to hide your gross inadequacies.

they have free range rhinos and hippos in Texas?
BTW if she's so hardcore I'd like to see her hunt a cape buffalo on foot because I KNOW she's shooting those animals from atop a protected vehicle
cape buffalo is the most dangerous of the Big 5 and will kill your ass stone cold dead
I'd like to see that video

One rhino wasn't killed per the article. But you missed:
-'The first animal I ever shot was a White Rhino with a .416 Remington!!' the teen writes on her Facebook page.
"Jones's photos show her posing with bagged zebras, hugging a dead leopard, and smiling beside elephants she's killed."
"However, Jones has in her quest to bag the Big 5 African game animals (lion, elephant, Cape buffalo, leopard, and White/Black rhinoceros) shot a white rhino, which number around 20,000."
"Because of her enthusiasm for killing rare game and what they say is her dubious standing as a conservationist, some critics say Jones should be banned from hunting..."
Any other facts YOU want to gloss over....

If a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound...
It is NOT SEEN as criminal negligence - its seen as a divine right of passage
in a country where:
10 times out of 10 events - you will be charged for serving a minor
Zero times out of 10 events - you will be charges for Criminal Negligence for handing a child a loaded weapon
and as far as Moonbatty, I'm just trying to understand our footing here
Where do we stand exactly
Perhaps I am insane...

I would dispute that just based on many years of having worked in law enforcement, but my belief is anecdotal

What do 2nd ammendment rights in the US, or the US Constitution, have to do with a 19 year old adult shooting animals in Africa?

And I would dispute that. You're basically saying that a minor in the US has never successfully been served alcohol in a bar or restaurant without the establishment being prosecuted. Or does 10 out of 10 work out to something different in your math?

Do you even read your Fox Links? The Rhino yes... From the link: Nineteen-year-old Kendall Jones claims photos of dead
hippos, elephants, lions and other beasts on Facebook are a testament to her hunting skills and dedication to game preservation.
As far as the Lion - that is what they do. That is what they have ALWAYS done - when a new male takes over a pride, he kills all the cubs so he can pass on HIS genetic material.
But basic science/biology has never been a strong point for the right

Seriously I'd like to see how good of a shot she is with actual death on the line
Im guessing she would crap her panties and drop the gun and then die screaming

No to both
Kids should be able to drink if they are with their parents same with guns. My son started shooting when he was 5 and he hasnt had a problem but of course he was taught safety first and only kill people that are not white, gay or love soccer.
We talk about this over beers quite often.

I noticed that little Kalm was a little bit tipsy after you brought him back from tailgate hopping.

I wasn't charged for serving to 40+ minors.
