Sounds like an entitled attention seeker.
Just schedule an appointment if you want to visit so badly.
Also, thread worded poorly

The problem is that when you schedule an appointment with us, we put on lipstick and break out the scones.

Politics aside, HHS has no authority to deny a sitting Congressman access to an HHS facility unless DOD, NSA or DHS has deemed access a matter of national security.
Stepping beyond that, Rep. Brinestone is a member of Armed Services Committee. I'd wager he has higher security clearance than anyone on that base.
He's probably too level headed, but I'd love to see the Governor show up with the National Guard and play "My gun's bigger than yours."
Enough is enough.
The Obama administration agencies have repeatedly signaled their intent to ignore constitutional law. From BLM, to Dept. Of Interior, to directives ordering the Border Patrol to stand down, to IRS, EPA and Justice Dept. refusing to cooperate with congressional investigations, ultimately destroying evidence...
...I applaud the citizens in Nevada, Texas, New Mexico and now Murrieta, CA who have chosen to act to prevent criminal misconduct committed by direction of the White House and Democrat leader Reid.

Brown Shirts...how progressive
So sad that in the not so distant future this type of behavior will be normal
But when he showed up at the facility, Bridenstine says he was told by a guard with a security unit which calls itself the “Brown Shirts” that he could not observe the children or their living conditions.

No, it sounds like HHS has something to hide, or they were trying to protect the Congressman from catching some of the diseases and infestations running rampant in those detention centers.

Yeah, I'm sure scheduling an appointment is all it would take.
