Unanimous decision by the SCOTUS that a President cannot make up his own definitions for when Congress is in recess.
Now all those NLRB decisions made while there was a quorum due to the recess appointments will be challenged and thrown out.

He never actually achieved professorial status. He was an instructor, and I understand a rather unpopular one among his colleagues.

I have a colleague here who went to U of Chicago or wherever Obama taught. Took one of his classes and said he was pretty much vanilla.

Kind of a weird thing that Obama even tried, to be honest with you. Overreach puts it midly. It's almost like a slap in the face when you have Stephen Breyer come out with this opinion: "We hold that the Senate is in session, and not in recess, when the Senate says that it is in session." Duh.

I still can't believe the people of this country elected him President once much less twice. I supposed I can understand Black people voting for him since about 90 percent of the always vote the them Democrat and this was a BLACK Democrat. But other people?
It just makes no sense.
