There is your problem in a nutshell right there. I will not vote for any Senator for re-election more than once, and any Congressman more than 3 times. Senators should serve no more than 12 years, House no more than 8. Then get the F out and go get a job in the real world..

We need term limits, and I imagine this might be one thing most conks and donks on here could agree on....

I'm not all that conservative on immigration, but I do like to see a politician doing the bidding for special interests and ignoring his constituents get owned.

Some more than others. I was on Sporcle the other day and it asked for the senators with the longest tenure in history. I think 18 of the top 25 were Dems.
