Obama asks that question with every cabinet appointee, hence the incompetent diversity hires like Kathleen Sebelius, Janet Napolireno, Eric Holder, and others. Not to mention his attempts to appoint people like Van Jones and Sheila Jackson Lee.

Oddly enough, though, Obama hasn't enriched his inner circle with diversity...they have been a bunch of white and jewish guys.

Asking the question, "How can we get more diversity in our next pledge class?" is an agenda.

The first example asks you to determine if diversity is important for that particular group.

The second asks you to determine ways to diversify the group.

In other words, diversity is the unstated goal...agenda...of the second sentence, and you have to determine HOW to get to that goal.

You are throwing up smoke screens to cover your retreat.

Regardless of your attempt to deflect, she has an agenda she wants kids to follow. She is using her position to impose her agenda. It is not a dialogue, as you stated. It is her agenda.

One can agree with her agenda or not, implement it or not, but don't try to disguise what it is.

The KKK has an agenda. Hitler had an agenda. Nancy Reagan had an agenda. And they all used the power of their position, or their husband's/member's position(s), to implement their agendas to different degrees.

But by your definition, they were all simply attempting a, "dialogue."
