Obama climate change speech

So what I take from this is that is that (1) any kind of severe weather is proof of a climate problem that can only be fixed with reducing CO2 emissions and (2) wind, solar, fracking, corn and peanut oil will greatly reduce emissions in the time frame supposedly needed and save us.
Meanwhile, nuclear reactors are getting shut down because of collective pants-s*itting over Fukushima and what natural gas (a carbon fuel) is doing in the energy market and we still haven't built a single new reactor in over 3 decades. And Obama does nothing on the nuclear front and insists he's using an "all-of-the-above" approach.
