You think it's ok to mock people for issues such as a genetic disorder or some thing like Ectodermal Dysplasias? It's not newsworthy, but Shaq is a role model. He should know better. You wouldn't laugh at a child with Sickle Cell or AIDS, would you?

Look at that photo...no way Shaq, or anyone, couldn't tell the person had some physical abnormality...so it is OK for Shaq to make fun of the guy because he didn't know the specific problem?
