All the bad parents in Missoula that are anti gun, need to use this as a teachable moment. Just because you suck at raising kids doesn't mean the rest of us have to put up with your failures.
I hope this guy sues the dead kids parents in Germany for putting him in this situation and now he has to deal with years of mental anguish and trauma

And to make sure at least one shot went through the front of the corpse.

According to the comments in the Missoulian, foreigners have the right to come to our country and take over our homes, they are above the law. I just told them I sent China an email telling them to start their invasion of the USA in Missoula only a few of us will resist.

Possibly.
It's still the kids fault for breaking the law, trespassing, and entering a home to steal while putting the guy in this position in his own home.
If the kid valued life, he would still have his.
I love how people are now making it illegal to leave your garage door open and leave valuables inside your own home.
I bet the hairdresser is dismissed as hearsay.
I would give him 14 months 12 suspended and as a judge make it clear to Missoula it is illegal to trespass and enter a persons home especially at 12:30am. Tell you kids or deal with the consequences.
Oh and find that other kid and throw the book at him, accessory to manslaughter, criminal trespass and loitering.

Amazing how stupid some people can be. If he'd just kept his fucking mouth shut, he'd probaby get off with a slap on the wrist...now it becomes premediated...that ain't good.

The kid who survived should be doing time also...no reason to let a thief's partner go free.
