By an e-mail to his staff, the serial flunker of the DE bar exam and son of VPOTUS Joke Biden announced that he will not run for a third term this fall as AG. Instead, he will take two years off to prepare (raise money) for a run for governor in 2016.
The current lieutenant governor, who wanted to be governor, instantly announced that he will instead run for AG.
Fugging career politicians.

Chummery (n.) -- 1. Politics as usual in the U.S., particularly in small backwater Eastern states where everyone is related by the third degree of consanguinity or less. 2. Good-natured backslapping with overt expectation of
quid pro quo.
