Lerner is the one I hope gets prosecuted. If not by this JD, then by the next one. Federal bureaucrats with that kind of power and responsibility need to have a very clear message in their heads- that they will pay with their freedom or their wallets if they use the good offices of the IRS or any other enforcement agency for political purposes.

Can we please get someone with a physician and health care administration background? And I don't care if they are a white male or a gay mixed-race midget. Hire the best person for the job regardless of how diverse they make the cabinet. FFS.
