Cutting the man out of the life of the child. In order to receive public aid, the husband could not reside in the home. This was a huge mistake. over 70% of Black children do not have a male in the household.

Head Start should be run by local schools not he Federal Government. How can Washington tell Troy , AL how to run its school system.

I had to look that up...looked similar to some acronyms used by a couple of African political associations, mainly tribal, that slaughtered each other regularly a few decades ago simply to replace one crook with another. But it was their crook, so everything was good...except for the constant poverty. That sounds eerily familiar to Detroit, or any number of today's urban jungles.

Instead, NAMBLA is some organization about men liking boys. You sure do have some interesting knowledge...learn that while getting branded?
