So, in other words, Russia is simply doing the same exact thing the U.S. does.

In the end, the Ukrainian resolution declaring Crimea's vote on March 16 in favor of seceding from Ukraine as having "no validity" passed with 100 votes in favor, 11 against and 58 abstentions. Another 24 U.N. member states did not cast votes.

100 voted in favor of the U.S. led resolution. But, the fact is that 93 countries didn't vote in favor of the resolution. That's a big fail for anyone who believes Crimea is ever going to be given back to Ukraine.

Russia should now do business with those 93 countries.
