Well, that hoax kind of fell apart quickly and completely..
The lady who was acting like Nancy Lanza is still alive and kicking.. oh well, turn your guns over as you exit stage left.

Besides that, it's clearly not the same woman. Nostrils, teeth and chin are all different.

Spandos, remember comparing the two pictures of James Holmes and saying that couldn't have been the same person because of the nose? Those two pictures look more alike than these two.

So, you guys think the "original" photo of "Nancy Lanza" compared to "Anne Haddad" isn't the same person - and the reason being is - because of the nose?
Let's not forget this "image of Nancy Lanza" they showed us- where her nostrils are MUCH higher than her septum.. obviously not the same person as the other images of Nancy Lanza they showed us, because the nose is different, according to your logic, right?
Yet, you don't think the pictures of "Peter Lanza" are bizarre? Where his nose grew about an inch in the later pictures supplied?

Obviously this isn't the same guy, because his nose looks a little different, right?
The images of Nancy Lanza they showed us had a septum and nostrils all over the place- the images have been photoshopped.. kind of like the playboy magazines so many of us (you) are so into.
