So anyone going to post odds on what event will be triggered to "officially" start WW 3? Russians down a drown off the coast of Crimea and the warmongers are calling for US planes to start shooting on Russian planes. Good times.

Nice shifting morals. It's now okay for the US to not only attack Russia's pipeline, but to screw over Germany and do it on Denmark's land? Attack a nuclear powers infrastructure when they have done nothing to the US? Wow, you have wholeheartedly accepted the new "unvaxxed is going to kill grandma" narrative.

Also, Russia was asked for protection AFTER Ukraine intensified it's indiscriminate shelling of the Donbas.
Nah Europe's reaction to the pipeline op and their willingness to pay way more for energy just shows how badly they've been cucked.

Got a bit under your skin apparently. I didn't realize bots really cared all that much, you were just shilling for whoever from Russia was paying you.

As for my principles, I think I'm in good shape, thank you very much. The US hasn't gone back on a promise - NATO isn't getting bigger because we're recruiting more countries, trying to get closer to the Russian border. As we've proved here quite enough, Russia is the biggest cause of NATO expansion. Amazing that threatening countries with annihilation and being absorbed into a revived Soviet Union makes countries want to seek protection to avoid this fate. NATO hasn't enlarged itself and gone against a promise not to - Russia has made NATO bigger by seeking to recreate a cruel and despotic history.

As for the "terrorism", again, Russia started a war. Russia is actively bombing babies and families every time it launches indiscriminate missile attacks across all of Ukraine. You can't really be all that concerned about a pipeline that Russia was threatening to shut down anyway (like they had several times) when the people who pay you to post here are actively trying to eradicate a sovereign nation and the ethnic group that lives there.

Holy cow, did you just post that? Your standard modus operandi in defending Russia is to spit out a new false equivalency in every other post and to attack anyone who has a different opinion. You are literally the false equivalency/ad hominem king of this thread.

Your principles are fine. It's a low bar but they're exponentially higher than anyone that supports or defends trump.

Poor SG, his support for trump is an anchor that drags him down anytime he mentions principles.

Situation in Ukraine: ICC judges issue arrest warrants against Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova
Pre-Trial Chamber II considered, based on the Prosecution’s applications of 22 February 2023, that there are reasonable grounds to believe that each suspect bears responsibility for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population and that of unlawful transfer of population from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation, in prejudice of Ukrainian children.
Is this a false equivalency, ad hominems, or what?

Doesn't matter where you do it, as long as my SS checks keep rolling in.....think I'll head to town and drink coffee with the old-timers at the soft-pecker bench. Mowing season will be here soon and the morels will be popping.

Chantrelles too? When can I move in?

My first experience with chantrelles was with my mountain man uncle while fly fishing for cutthroat at a high elevation lake. Fresh wild trout and mushrooms cooked simply in butter, salt and pepper on a cast iron skillet over a campfire.

We've had some huge flushes of chanterelles in recent years, forest floor the color of a highway workers shirt.

simple is best - I like morels sauteed in butter with a drop of soy sauce

Cool! I’ve never had wild oyster mushrooms.

Shaggy manes are also delicious.

Word on the streets is a Ukrainian counteroffensive in Bakhmut in the next few days.

Gotta say I'm weary of predictions that don't come true. Anywho, if Ukraine does mount a counteroffensive and is successful, expect more support of sending young Ukrainians to their death by moral relativism justifications, or Russia crushes and ends all western support with the obligatory slap on the back and job well done while sending 150k+ Ukrainians to their death.

Defending your country against war criminals is moral relativism?

Ok.
