Could they narrow it down a little bit? $15,000 to $50,000 is a pretty big gap. That is some shoddy record keeping there.

And if those numbers came from the financial disclosure, then the perhaps the financial disclosure isn't credible.

Have you actually read a Congressional financial disclosure? Assets are listed in value ranges on a form. One of the ranges is $15001-$50000. The Congressman or Senator lists the asset and then checks the appropriate range. They do not give exact values.
