Deal obviously didn't do anything to help and I won't come to his defense with him getting thrown under the bus, but is it his fault the city of Atlanta bought all of those new salt and sand trucks and didn't do anything with them? Was it his fault that a lot of the Atlanta metro area schools weren't closed when they should've been?

This incompetence by Atlanta's perennially donk city government is pretty much par for the course.

I guess the governor since the mayor was sitting on his ass. Sounds like the donk mayor's response was "not my fault" and the conk governor is now falling on his sword on his behalf.
