CS Mushy Middle Champion (Poll)

by Ivytalk
Who among us is the reigning champion of the "plague on both their houses" school?

Who is the most effete and snarky disser of both conks and donks?

Who purports to speak as the purest "voice of reason"?

Who has the best claim to describe him/herself as "a problem-solver, not an ideologue"?

Who is the most afraid to take a position?

Who just doesn't recognize that free venison is the only thing that belongs in the middle of the road?

Discuss. :coffee:

I've always looked at Gannon Fan as the poster boy for non-partisanism (I don't think that's a word, but who fucking cares).

Klammy PROCLAIMS to be non-partisan, but he hasn't posted a pro-conservative viewpoint in about 30 years.

Oh, and this is priceless:
Who just doesn't recognize that free venison is the only thing that belongs in the middle of the road?

Him, Hanitty and Rush are all right of center.
Spoiler: show
I didn't renew my Siruis XM subscription so I turned to Rush yesterday (he's a comic genius, btw) and Hannity has a clip claiming to be a Libertarian.

Let's see here…

Gay marriage: Should be left up to the churches, not the state, and their should be no tax, visitation, etc benefits for anyone.

I believe in conservation of resources.

We should take a much more isolationist approach regarding military interventions and trade. That's not to say we shouldn't trade, but we have an abundance of natural resources, large population of workers, markets that most other countries want to sell products to which we fail to leverage to our fullest extent.

I believe in a simplification of the tax code.

I believe we should both cut spending and increase taxes to become fiscally responsible.

The government has no right to eaves drop without oath or affirmation on my private correspondence be it papers or electronic communication.

I'm socially libertarian. If what I'm doing doesn't harm you…fuck off!

I believe in lower taxes…for me!

I believe in deregulation…for me!

Competition can be a very positive motivating factor in business.

I believe BOTH government AND concentrated wealth pose a threat toward entrenched power which harms liberty and freedom.

I'm a Jeffermutherfuckinsonian Conservative…Beeiiiiiiiitch! :coffee:

1) The middle of the road is subjective and can move. :coffee:

2) Voice of reason: 86hen, Ibanez, Chizzy

3) Most afraid to take a position: Me! And I take that as a compliment, thank you very much! :king:

With appointees like Geithner and Holder he might even be worse than Reagan.

The difference between Bush and Obama is that as dumb as Bush was he seemed to actually give a shit about the job. Obama, not so much.
