Considering that his signature piece of legislation is looking like it will be more harmful to the middle class than anything... I'd say yeah.. stick to the executive fiat route.

This ^ is worthy of a thread...
The observation that the "affordable" Care Act might actually end up ONLY hurting the middle class

We've yammered about all kinds of aspects of the Affordable Care Act
but I don't think we've specifically discussed that ONE point
Example:
The Affordable Care Act
1) Great for the Poor
2) Not a problem for the wealthy
3) Nightmare for the middle class

We're solidly middle class, self insured, and our rates are going down...significantly...and we can still see the same doctors.

Whos your carrier
The company I work for moved to aetna and my insurance went up about $12.00 a month
Still have the same doctor
My girlfriend works at a large employer and her insurance went up $8.00 a month
Awaiting more stories of horror or joy...
