Most Moron Americans don't even realize Duck Dynasty is completely staged, the guys involved in the show are all former yuppies (still are) just playing their role for Moron Americans to lap up, showing ultimately how dumb and easily distracted Americans are.

What a tool that guy in the video is.

There's a paradox with the Jesus character in the Bible. On one hand he said that everything in the Old Law still applies. On the other hand he seemed to contradict it. Like the thing with the cow in the well.

But to say that if you read the Bible honestly you're going to come up with anything other than that the Bible indicates that homosexual behavior is immoral is dishonest. And the Jesus character did talk about sexual immorality.

If you don't want to be a "Bible Believing" Christian that's fine. But PLEASE don't start that crap about how Jesus didn't say anything about homosexuality. If you want to embrace homosexuality just embrace it and don't waste your time trying to argue that the Bible doesn't condemn it because it does. And don't waste you're time talking about how the Jesus character didn't specifically mention it. There's a lot of things he didn't specifically mention.

I already said the Jesus character did not specifically refer to homosexuality. If you want to a quote on him talking about sexual immorality in general I can refer to Mark 7:20-23. Some translations say "sexual immorality" and some say "fornication." But unless you can find some indication that the Jewish culture of the time embraced the absurdity of homosexual marriage homosexual sex would always be fornication.

Bottom line is that, in the time of the Jesus character in the Jewish culture, homosexual sex was sexual immorality.

Really..the list of sins and abominations in the bible is astoundingly long and ridiculous

I know all that, fellas. The problem is that there is condemnation of homosexual behavior in both the Old and New Testaments whereas there are references in the New Testament to things like the dietary laws being nixed.

Look, I'm agnostic. I don't look at the Bible as literally true. But if you're somebody who does view the Bible as literally true there is no way you're not going to interpret it as condemning homosexual behavior.

BTW, on the video at the bottom of this post about the Duck Dynasty guys being fake: Sure there's some phony to it. That's how all reality shows are. But I don't know about the thing about them starting the "ZZ Top" look just for the show. The first episode of Duck Dynasty aired in March, 2012. Here is a video of our friend Phil preaching in February, 2010 and looking pretty much like he does on the show even down to wearing a camoflauge hunting outfit to church:
