In a shocking development nobody could have foreseen, conk hero, NRA poster boy, and murderous thug George "Pistol" Zimmerman was charged with aggravated assault, battery, and criminal mischie, the charges a result of yet another domestic violence incident, this time involving his pregnant current girlfriend.

That will have a lot more to do with the fact that he will be appropriately charged by the local solicitor's office.

If they were subject to the racial political pressure in this case the way they were the Trayvon case they'd charge him with attempted murder. And they'd lose again.

The prosecution threw the case on purpose. Or they're so incompetent that nobody could ever be convicted for anything in FL.

I do not imagine you will be treated kindly in prison.

Martin was on top of him beating the crap out of him and saying he was going to die. It was self defense. The jury reached the correct verdict. It would've been self defense even if Florida didn't have that law about not having to flee because he couldn't flee anyway. Martin had him pinned down.

If he commits crimes subsequent to that event then he commits crimes subsequent to that event. We'll see how it plays out. But it doesn't change the fact that he was innocent by reason of self defense in the Martin case and doesn't change that fact that any reasonable person would see that it is reasonable to believe that Martin was on top of him beating the crap out of him and that he had legitimate reason to fear for his life so was therefore justified in using lethal force.

He wasn't initially arrested for a reason. And that reason is that it was obvious that there was reasonable doubt as to whether he'd committed a crime. The only reason there was ever an arrest trial was because of the predictable thing where Blacks cause a stir and act like it's OBVIOUS that there was this big injustice when it's not. His arrest and prosecution were pure political pandering to the "Black Victim" complex and anybody with a shred of objectivity in their system knows it.

We'll see if they have enough to convict this time. This guy's certainly no angel, but he's been acquitted once, had a perjuring ex-wife make charges that were later dropped, and otherwise he's been getting busted for traffic violations. I'll be waiting on Al and Jesse to fire up the jets to defend this woman, but I think we'll all be disappointed. Maybe this charge will stick.

Yes, he could be.

But there was scant evidence to impeach his statements.

I think most of us already knew that Zim was a pretend badass from the Trayvon incident. That doesn't make him guilty of second degree murder.
