That is just an innocent driver pulling up to an illegal UnConstitutional checkpoint, and having that 'operator'-wannabe with an AR pointing its (sic) muzzle at the driver's head! Literally, ANYONE and EVERYONE pulling up to that checkpoint would have a bullet literally pointed at their heads, for merely driving through the wrong location at the wrong time, even if they live in the vicinity!

What the govt terrorist is doing, is an ILLEGAL act, a felony, in ALL 50 states! It's known as illegally "Brandishing a Fire Arm".

We all live in Amerika.

Lets break down the picture.

White guy, driving a Mustang convertible, police tape in the background...he is obviously in the wrong neighborhood. He should be in the heights, not down in the slums.

The cop was probably just giving him a little kick in the butt to stay away from those areas and stick to Starbucks and the mall. Come to think of it, he was actually demonstrating how the G's would rob him for his car, and shoot him in the face if he was caught there without a police escort.

Then the cops, followed him out of the slums and back to the good section of town and all had a bunch of Whiskeys then drove home. Happy ending

I went to high school in Roseville. Most of the cops there shouldn't be allowed to carry BB guns and would be lucky not to shoot their peckers off.

This incident occurred approx. 4 mi. (as the crow flies) from where I'm living...could hear the helicopters, turned on the news and watched it unfold. At one point, around 5:30p...the suspect emptied two 30 rd mags, full-auto at the cops. It was being broadcast live and I could hear the discharge. While the investigation isn't complete, I'm confident it was the suspect firing and not the tactical officers as "dumping" two 30 rd mags in succession IS NOT a L.E. tactic, even for suppression. Don't forget, this was in a residential area and there were people in surrounding homes who could not be evacuated and were told by 911 dispatchers to take cover in their bathtubs: Crossfires and background strikes were a MAJOR concern.

Until they had the suspect contained and had confirmed he was the sole responsible, the responding officers were just a wee bit uptight about who was coming and going from the secured area...having a rifle pointed at your head is no big deal: It's who's behind the trigger that matters.

Agreed - this situation was fluid and dangerous.
