Putting them out of business with subsidized pot sure seems a heck of a lot smarter than trying to shut down the production, the distribution, or just trying to kill the demand with cheeseball education gimmicks.
American busybodies who are so concerned that people are using a drug safer than tobacco and less addictive than alcohol should take notes. I don't know if jelly is making fun of them or not but I give my kudos to Uruguay.

...but they offer private medical insurance, believe in free trade, max out their income taxes on individuals and corporations at 25%, cap gains at 12%, and no death taxes.
Reefer, low and/or no taxes, and free enterprise....sounds like Conk heaven to me.
