Michigan Affirmative Action case going to SCOTUS

Anyone else been following this? The mental gymnastics of AA proponents never ceases to amaze me...banning racial preferences violates the 14th amendment because it makes it too hard to change the constitution to allow for racial preferences.
I'm very much looking forward to reading Darth Vader Ginsberg's opinion on this one. Wonder how she'll spin this one.

Another funny thing about AA proponents...they always talk about how it doesn't give anyone that big of an advantage or that it only favors white women yet insist that it's so vital that getting rid of it would destroy opportunities for minorities.
