Shutdown/Budget Deal

Saw a headline that the shutdown is going to end. I'm guessing the Repubs folded their tent and went home. Any specifics on who gets what?
Kick the bucket down the road.
Keep spending more $$ we don't have and call it economic recovery.
Both parties are a cluster fu**.
