The state's Department of Health & Hospitals said Thursday that tests conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found Naegleria fowleri in St. Bernard Parish water.
The water is safe to drink, state officials said, although they cautioned against getting water in the nose.

The little mofos are in more tap water than you think. It's never a good idea to snort water. And kids should be warned about getting tap water or pond water up their noses.

Also, don't look up incidences of flesh eating bacteria that get into a body through open wounds when people are swimming in lakes. There's more than you'd think.
God must have misplaced these as well.
