I don't know all the details but my bet would be it's an over reach to call it "child rape." I know that's become the "thing." But if you have a sexually mature female getting into consensual sex with a sexually mature male that's not "rape." We've got this thing where we call it "rape." But it's not.

True rape is when someone who does not want to have sex is forced to have sex. This thing of calling it "rape" when someone who is "of age" according to our social construct has consensual sex with someone who is not "of age" according to our social construct is ridiculous.

It's not rape. Making it illegal is fine if you want. But it's not rape.

I I wish my 9th grade science teacher would've "raped" me. She was hot.
