Race for the Cure.. Cancer Cured Already?

Spanos, cancer hasn’t been cured yet because
1. The mechanisms that regulate cell growth and how these mechanisms become damaged or disrupted in tumors are not well understood.
And
2. It is very hard to kill tumor cells without causing any kind of toxicity or side effects. Tumor cells and normal cells are much more similar than, say, normal cells and bacteria so it is hard to find a way to kill one without harming the other.
My guess is this video is being made by people promoting homeopathy or some other form of quack medicine. For a conspiracy theorist you aren’t very skeptical.
