Add to all of that his "dying" of an alleged massive heart attack and this starts making the unwashed masses think that we really are lucky that Obamacare is starting up soon.
BTW it's convenient that this didn't happen here but in a country where none of us can actually see the body. Have you seen a body yet? Neither have I!
Probably gonna tell he's buried in Bohemian Grove thus the skull and bones references are even more cryptic.
