And Posse Comitatus does not apply to National Guard personnel in Title 32 status...

Spando, you need to get out more. Skull and Bones is nothing but a front to draw attention from the real power brokers that run this country. If you were serious about this issue you would be looking into the Tomato Fertility Cult instead of such obvious diversions as Skull and Bones.
