Obama Illegally on Ballot...

A Board of Elections official and the former longtime chair of St. Joseph County Democratic Party were convicted of election fraud for falsifying petitions required to place then-Sen. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the ballot for President. Pages upon pages were in the same handwriting, yet nobody said anything until a guy who quit the scheme told authorities in 2011. One of the people whose signature was forged on the bogus petition was a former Democratic governor of IN.
Because of this, there is now reason to question whether or not Obama had the required signatures to be on the ballot in IN. Clinton, however, would have made the ballot regardless, as she had enough valid signatures even after the bogus ones are removed.
It's all moot now, of course, and probably wouldn't have made a difference as IN doesn't have enough electoral votes to swing an election. But it's sad that it would happen like this. It sounds like something that would happen in Hazzard County, GA, not Indiana....
