It's funny the terms our government propaganda departments have decided to use as double-speak.

"War on Terror" = War of conquest- Invading oil-rich non-ally nations, avoiding Saudi Arabia who supposedly did 9/11 to us.

"Homeland Security" = Really means: Take American's rights away domestically and create a domestic Stazi-police force.

"TSA" = Molest innocent Americans, and stick a finger up their toddlers' privates. Make sure nobody boards an airplane without doing something completely humiliating in front of a government agent, so they know their place.

"Patriot Act" = Really means: Take American's rights away using the most unpatriotic, unconstitutional legislation ever conceived.

"Rescue Vehicle" = Really means: Armored attack vehicle full of brainwashed DHS morons with automatic weapons who are likely going to be used to forcefully dissarm Americans who won't hand in their semi-automatic weapons in the event that already constricted gun laws are not obeyed (like in New Orleans during Katrina) thinking they are somehow saving America from "bad people" or "patriot terrorists".

"They hate us for our freedoms" = "We are going to take all your freedoms away in the next ten years".

So is the Civilian National Security Forces by the TSA and DHS being raised to battle the US military when they try to defend us citizens? If so, I'm completely cool with that. I like our chances in that fight.

As I think CID1990 hinted, weapons of war are exactly what the Second Amendment is referring to. Not just guns either. "Arms." That's a very broad term. We crapped on the Second Amendment a long time ago though. It's like a lot of the Constitution. We don't really follow it.

There are already a lot of arms that we can't bear as private citizens without the express approval of the Federal Government. How come that doesn't get remembered when this discussion comes up? Someone needs to educate the press.
