Companies and Pedo's???

If you own a large company or corporation are you just destined to have to deal with pedo's? Is it just the cost of doing business and there is monies set aside for settlements just for that...or????
Was talking with someone this morning about the Catholic Church thing and this came up.

Yes, it's called insurance.
The catholic church is one of the wealthiest orgs on the planet and the several billion they lost, so far, in child rape cases is nothing for them. Unlike companies who have make a serious and well thought out pitch to banks or investors for cash or capital, the catholic church need only rely on the brainwashed and clueless masses who have fallen for their ruse.
