The NRA is there to defend the bus driver's right to conceal and carry in order to protect himself AND the children. Too bad the knuckle dragging anti-gun peace loving "progressives" are there actively fighting tooth and nail taking away that right.

The fallacy of the gun-nut right is that even if the driver was armed, he likely would not have been able to use it - driving a school bus is stressful enough - it would have to be carried in a place that the kids could not get it, rendering it unlikely to help in this situation.

Why do you hate kids, the Consitution and America? The gun nuts are the real danger, not the ones that want reasonable gun control.

It was in Alabama, ALPACAJIZZ1. He could have carried a sawed-off 12 ga. with him on the bus if he wanted to. The bus driver is the one at fault for failing to carry.

Not that I'm advocating arming bus drivers, much less every bus driver, but arming bus drivers and doing something similar to an air marshal isn't out of the question.
