Ran a red light, endangering others.
en. Michael Crapo, R.-Idaho, was arrested in Virginia early Sunday morning for driving under the influence, Alexandria police say.
Police spokesman Craig T. Fifer said an officer was on routine patrol when he saw Sen. Crapo's vehicle run a red light. It was stopped at Hume Avenue and Mount Vernon at 12:45 a.m.
Crapo then underwent several field sobriety tests, which he failed, Fifer said in a statement. He was then taken into custody without incident.

"I am deeply sorry for the actions that resulted in this circumstance," Crapo said. "I made a mistake for which I apologize to my family, my Idaho constituents and any others who have put their trust in me. I accept total responsibility and will deal with whatever penalty comes my way in this matter.

Anyone that has had 4-6 beers in an hour, depending on weight, is just as guilty as a person that gets a dui, only difference is they got caught.

D,
Ever considered sending invitations for one of your fundraisers to the Idaho congressional delegation? I think they might fit in.

REALLY?! Wow. Speaking of porn, this lovely vixen HAS sat on my face twice at 2 separate tit clubs in the 90s, her little so called "ride for $5" trick. Still rocking a body at 48.

Well, you guys know how I feel about DUI laws. If this guy had gotten a ticket for going 100 in a 70 mph zone it might not have even been national news but, depending on what his BAC was, may have resulted in more impact on the risk picture. He probably would've been arrested but it wouldn't carry the same stigma. It's the same old thing where people do stuff all the time to increase risk but for some reason we've decided to focus on certain behaviors and certain means of introducing risk as "worse" than others. And we've made a much bigger deal out of it than it should be.

This does not make any sense. Please insert a few more words to make this statement correct.
Why am I guilty if I drink 4-6 beers in my home? What am I guilty of, Drunk in Private?
