Obama visits the Rosa Parks bus.
"Yeah, I remember one time at Harvard, the shuttle bus was full coming back from the library and I had to stand. Finally I can get some closure."

It's amazing how many people I know that were alive during that time - during that event...
My dad recalls the first time he saw "colored drinking fountains"
He'd never seen that before and was stunned

When I was a kid this was exactly what I thought when we studied this in history. What the fuck was she complaining about? Those are the best seats on the bus!
Of course, now that I'm old and my feet hurt, I can understand.
