Judge Says It's OK for Obama To Kill Hobby Lobby Babies

Anyway, so I read that Hobby Lobby has lost their case against the provision in the healthcare bill that requires them to provide "emergency contraceptives" coverage to their employees. I must admit, I am very conflicted on this issue. On one hand, I am very much in favor of a woman's right to choose whether or not to sublet her uterus. On the other, I feel very strongly that if a company is privately held (it gets muddier if the company is publicly held), then the beliefs and convictions of the owner take precedence over the will of the public. And I know that there are extreme exceptions with relation to race, religion, sex, etc., but birth control is not one of them.
I am glad that emergency contraception exists. Hell, I'm in favor of giving it prophylactically to a large portion of our current population. But I just don't think an employer who's religious beliefs, no matter how out of touch and irrational they may be, conflicts with the use of these medications, which in essence are entirely elective, should be forced to pay for them by the govt.
