I think you're right. What with the massive shift in early voters, Romney should be comfortably ahead so that it doesn't matter.

I've seen the loser concede (bow) to many a foreign diplomat already.

Not legal until the polls close, first big closing is Virginia at 7:00 Eastern, if that is too close to call at the time of closing, we will have a late night. If that goes to Obama, concession speech by Romney is a foregone conclusion.

Virginia goes Romney, and Ohio is tied up with a close race and provisional ballots, could go on for days.

In the end however, I believe the Supreme Court stands ready to declare the victor.

If Obama wins, late this evening, if Romney wins, sometime in early January.

This will not be settled until January. There will be many issues and extensions to work through.

Obama will declare victory early in an attempt to suppress GOP turnout.

CNN and NBC called it Obama at 7:02AM this morning 11/6.
